Just thought I would share some advice for an annoying bug with Skyrim and the Steam Workshop not working as intended, as I think it's a common problem but I can not for the life of me find people talking about it. I had subscribed to a good 40+ mods in the workshop but whenever I would start the game the mods would never install. For all of these mods, I have (a) checked that I'm not subscribed to that mod on the Steam Workshop and (b) checked I don't have the mod file in my skyrim data folder. I can delete everything in the Data Files tab, unsubcribe from everything at the same time, go to the website and check I am subscribed to nothing, and the next time I open. I've subscribed to multiple mods on the steam workshop. If I go to my own steam profile and click "my workshop" then "subscribed items" I can see the mods in there that I have selected. (So far just SMIM and "Relighting Skyrim") Only, steam never downloaded anything, there is no downloads in my "downloads" tab on the steam workshop. The "mods.
